Minimal Packaging

Some kind of opt-in program where people can buy standard containers for each food item, yogurt, milk, juice, etc. that they go to a special store with for their refills. Behind a counter, a grocer will retrieve the items in biodegradable/compostable hemp plastic bags they can then put in their sturdier containers. The staff protect the food, and there is minimal plastic packaging. No one can tamper, and consumers sterilize their own containers. The stores and patrons earn percentage tax rebates of their purchases, making this both more profitable and cheaper. Goods shipped in with reusable crates that are exchanged for the empty ones. Also with all the cannabis companies selling CBD, they should partner with companies using hemp fiber for hempcrete (non-toxic, resistant to radiation and bugs, and breathable) and to make plastic that easily breaks down.
