Mental Health

Re open the mental health asylums across the United States. The majority of homeless have mental health conditions. This policy would be humanly giving them a place to live thats warm and safe from the environment. They are sick and need help and unfortunately because of their sickness they sometimes hurt innocent people. Too often you hear about the homeless man who saved up his diarrhea for a week in a bucket and dumps in on a random lady. They need rehabilitation not abandonment. Ask any emergency room director. The ER’s in this country have become one stop shops for the homeless to bounce around, the take up beds that could be used for those with medical emergencies. Many of them are addicted to drugs and keeping them away from that temptation would also be good for them
