Medical Privacy and Nondiscrimination in Schools

Protect student medical privacy and prevent discrimination. With the exception of health conditions that require direct management at school, do not allow schools to request or access student health records/information, including vaccinations. Do not allow schools to discriminate in terms of enrollment or academics based on any health condition or information, including vaccinations. This is to include preschools, daycares, K-12 schools, and colleges/universities.
