Marriage Scammer Citizenship/Resident Status Review & Revocation

When US Citizen Victims are scammed or otherwise abused by foreigners in order to US obtain Citizenship, those victims should have a convenient way to report abuse of the system, potentially revoking a granted citizenship and the pleasure of the original US Citizen. Those foreigners who would maliciously take advantage of our immigration system should be reviewed actively and periodically for 10 years from naturalization or more; and a means of lodging complaints/reports about these foreigners who have abused our immigration system should be ensured and strengthened.

Foreigners who’ve became US Citizens while say, cheating on their US Citizen spouse, or intimidate their US Citizen spouse, or have merely divorced - these instances should automatically trigger our immigration system to review and potentially reconsider the foreigner’s US citizenship status.

There is too much abuse within the system that I am personally aware of and it sickens me to see foreigners knowingly abuse the US Immigration system, and vulnerable good-natured US Citizens.

US Citizenship is precious. It should not so easily be obtained by marriage, nor should it be so difficult to report abuse. Additionally the scope and reporting of legitimate marriage citizenship abuse should be simple to perform.

Generic Example: US Citizen Marries Foreigner. Foreigner applies for and after some time receives US citizenship. Foreigner has extramarital relationship and child some time after gaining US Citizenship (in this case without Spousal consent) and suggests spouse accept this concubine. US Citizen Spouse Divorces for infidelity . The Foreigner’s Citizenship should be revoked.

In Summation, A marriage citizenship is a great privilege to foreigners who are granted it by a US citizen. However, this ‘granted citizenship’ should be forever conditional to the spouse.

Additional Thoughts - If a Naturalized Citizen by marriage becomes a burden on our great country by taking advantage or our great citizens, or by abusing any kind of welfare, or by committing crime, their naturalization / resident status should be revoked, and they be deported, with strict restrictions on attempting to become a US Resident or Citizen again in the future.
