Mandatory Child safety features in car seats( no child left behind)

I would like to purpose that all car seats have mandatory child safety features that prevent being left in cars. I have an idea how to make this work. A step even further is the car seat would be able to call for help if a parent doesn’t clear the alarm or light features. I am so sick of babies dying over something that could have been prevented.
