My mother lost her life to medical malpractice, however, since so many hospitals and facilities are in bed with local officials such as the coroner, I firmly believe that many of the claims never actually see court. In many instances, there is plenty of tangible proof but because of how the laws are written, including statue of limitations, families are left with no choice but to drop the attempt and justice is never seen. So much of what happens to every day Americans is hidden behind corrupt and greedy medical establishments. Bring it to light! Let people share their stories in one database, allowing others to look into who their mothers, father, children, selves, loved ones are trusting with their care. There would need to be some sort of verification process - proof that you were seen by that doctor, legal action was taken but fell short, etc. However, I think it could be doable! If we can Google review random small businesses, why can’t we do the same for individual doctors?! Easily and accessible to all!
