Make tubal ligations and vasectomies free

I think if we are not going to protect women’s access to health when it comes to an unborn child we could do more to prevent unwanted pregnancies. I think more people would take advantage of these options if they were fully covered by insurance or by the government. People are going to engage in sexual relationships regardless of their income. We need to be more proactive as a country and as individuals to help protect everyone while still allowing them liberty.
