Make Swatting a t3rroristic crime. Swatting is the action of calling the swat team based on false acusations on a target. When based on false accusations, it is an attempt mvrder on the target’s life using law enforcement. We need laws against this and to go after those conducting the false accusation actions.

There needs to be an FBI division based solely on investigating any and all swatting calls. If anything nefarious is found, then the person that made the call is immediately arrested on charges of attempted murder (murder if their plan worked). No bail will be placed, you stay in jail until your court date. Mandatory sentencing includes time in jail as well as a substantial financial fine. A finding of guilty will be carried out in a Federal Penetentiary.

Agreed Paul. It amounts to weaponization of the police force. endangering the lives of the American People, indirect terrorism by proxy, assault by proxy, intent to cause injury and possibly bodily harm, and should be classified as high-level Domestic Terrorism. 20 years jail term is not excessive for this sort of crime.
