This is straightforward. Develop an economic and military alliance with Russia. There is NO reason we need to hate them and frankly I think we would really get along with them. They never did anything to us. The only reason Russia is hanging out with the likes of North Koreans and Chinese is because we show them zero respect and are constantly goading them into a war.
