Teachers as “boots on the ground” are the ones noticing “the proof is in the pudding” or not. In the context of teaching, learning, accreditation etc., the current education system is somewhat State-governed anyway. The whole education system needs to be restructured, as it is not the institution’s (Department of Education) failure/fault, it is primarily the policies and its implementation and execution. A 100% State-govern/control system might not be the solution for many dozens of reasons, and might not be effective without some centralized directives and monitoring.
Also, bring out and promote the concept of a Trade School.
