Make a law that allows people to sue Judges who refuse to protect the American people from criminals who keep committing crimes and make the Judges accountable for their actions by releasing dangerous criminals rather than putting them in jail for their crimes. Rapist, Murderers, Burglars, Car jackers, Robbers, Felony Assault Criminals, etc… and other criminals who have Multiple Felony Convictions should not be allowed back into society because they are in a Sanctuary City or State. If a judge releases anyone that has multiple convictions then those Judges should be responsible for their actions! Judges should protect American citizens not criminals! Stop Partisan Politics from Partisan Judges that cause harm to innocent people in America!

Should it include “release on bond”? Is that what you mean? If so, I completely agree with you both. It seems like the judiciary, and I would include parole boards, must be held responsible for their decisions. There are statistics that show 1% of repeat criminals commit 63% of the violent crimes. Keep them in jail because they do not contribute to society. They only cause havoc and violence.

I’ve been thinking similar. However, I’d be much harsher. When a judge releases a criminal that did something terrible, even just once, that judge should suffer at least what the victim(s) suffered. If people could never agree on that, then at the least, when their criminal reoffends, that would be a great time as well as same for the defense attornies if they did their best to portray the criminal as inncoent or mentally ill. The criminal of course should suffer the same fate. I want the same laws for illegals instead of rewarding them with deportation (when it’s not blocked). The NGOs and cartel are still working so they’ll likely be back. I don’t get why others wanted “release on bond.” For bad crimes, there should be no bond, jail or death instead for bad crimes. Many judges release on very low bond intentionally. Maybe they feel they’re protected by the gang or whoever they’re giving the favor to, as well as of course getting kickbacks for helping implement communism. Of course with bad judges/politicians still in place, the flip side would be this being used against innocent people by being framed, etc.
