Make it illegal for elected and appointed government officials to lie to the public

Any elected or appointed government official engaged in a lie in form of a public statements or hearings, if found guilty immediately suspended from office, fined for not less than $250000 and barred from any government position for life. Enforced by supreme court.

  • If before saying a lie official produce “im not sure of the facts " " dont know if thats a fact " " i might be lying” and such statements clarifying that information might be false - clears official of any wrong doing.
  • That rule includes judges . If supreme court judge knowingly indulge in a lie and proven by at least 6 judges his vote is void and replaced by President of the United States and prosecuted forward as stated above. And judge to be replaced by another appointment.
  • Local and state judges and prosecutors to be audited by federal oversight at will ( once a year). If wrongdoing found- reffered to supreme court which has to answer in not more than 30 days.
