I know there is a deportation coming into effect, and many children of illegal immigrants who have been hardworking and excellent for the local communities are at risk of losing their families, homes, and jobs. The children who are 21 and older who were born here should have an easier time to sponsor their parents to get their citizenship before the mass deportation is put into effect. These people have been around for many many years and making this possible would keep a lot of businesses running and from losing a huge amount of amazing hardworking employees. Plus, it would gain the respect from a lot of people and there are no shortages of jobs that need workers.
So far from my research, these 21 year old’s need to make quite a lot of money in order to afford a lawyer and to be able to sponsor their parents. With the economy nowadays and the previous few years- this is near impossible and very unfair.
