pass a law and create a data base that allows state and county police officers to check citizenship status during the normal course of traffic stops . allow state and county police to detain foreign nationals in the country that are here illegally and turn them over to federal immigration officers for deportation. any person caught in the country illegally is no longer eligible for citizenship.
