Make Celebrity Pandering for Votes Illegal

It should be illegal for celebrities to try to use their influence to sway a voter to vote a certain way just because they’re a fan of the work that they do. That is coercion to say if you don’t agree or vote the same way I do that you aren’t a fan of mine. It’s despicable that when we go to the voting booth that it is against the law for us to even wear a shirt or hat showing the candidate or party we plan to vote for without fear that we will be trespassed but they can stop concerts, post videos and hold rallys saying vote this way or else. Especially when they’ve been paid to have and spread an agenda. They don’t live the way the regular american citizen has to live and shouldn’t be allowed to try to sway our votes based on their money and popularity with the main stream media.

This should include anyone using influence. It should be considered a bribe if any $$ are involved something for free or special treatment

The lawyers made it illegal for the securities industry but not for themselves. This is the problem with many facets of our government.
