When a person is convicted of sexually abusing an animal they should be put on the sexual predator registry. They should never be allowed to own animals ever again. The offense should be a felony with at least 1 year in jail and 5 years probation. They should be treated with the same consequences as if it were a child seeing animals are innocent and defenseless. People should be able to know who is living next to them when they have sick sexual desires.
