MAHA. Save us from Pesticides, Toxins, Plastics, Processed Food, Dietary Hormones & Antibiotics, PFAS, Carcinogens , Heavy Metals, Pollution

The escalating presence of pesticides, toxins, plastics, processed foods, dietary hormones, antibiotics, PFAS, carcinogens, heavy metals, and pollution poses an urgent threat to human health and the environment. Let’s do something about this!

These contaminants infiltrate our air, water, food, and bodies, fueling cancer and chronic diseases, corrupting food supplies, and endangering future generations. We must adopt policies that promote healthy agricultural practices, eliminate hazards, and prioritize safer alternatives. Protecting public health and restoring balance requires bold, public action.

Let’s make America healthy again. What do we need to do?

ban all chemicals, like most of EDU & go regenerative farming using natural replacements.

@jacquie1 I’d like to hear more about what you mean.

Research the different toxins, preservatives, additives, chemicals in our foods and ban them! Why should catsup have a list of ingredients we can’t even pronounce, when in other countries, there are two or three ingredients? I’m so thankful that under the last Trump administration they started listing if a product contains bioengineered ingredients on the label. The problem is, almost everything now has bioengineered ingredients! Also, now it’s listed on the label if it is non GMO! That’s great!

I remember watching this film narrated by Sean Penn at the Wild & Scenic Film Festival back in 2015 - The Human Experiment (2013):

I think that film was inspired by this report which came out in 2005

This film came out in 2019

It seems like most investigative journalism these days comes in the form of documentaries, rather than traditional mainstream media news outfits. What is interesting to consider, is the fact that that cord blood study came out almost TWENTY YEARS ago, but little if anything has been done within the governmental/legal sector to properly remediate it.

“In Michigan, bluegill fish have been found to swim more slowly after Pfas exposure, suggesting they could be physically or neurologically impaired. Exposed black-legged kittiwakes are developing thyroid dysfunctions and hormonal imbalances. Sea turtles in contaminated sites in Australia are producing hatchlings with deformed scales and health problems. American alligators in North Carolina are more susceptible to infections, while dolphins in South Carolina are showing signs of chronic inflammation.” ‘We thought we’d got the numbers wrong’: how a pristine lake came to have the highest levels of ‘forever chemicals’ on record | Pfas | The Guardian
