Please lower rent. Or make affordable housing. Housing should be a basic human right. Most jobs that are available are minimum wage. If you change jobs or get fired or resign you get paid minimum wage AGAIN. I looked for 1 year for a full time job and only part time jobs with no benefits were available. And they all paid minimum wage and you couldnt pay rent with it let alone utilities and groceries and other basic needs. How scary and terrifying. My landlord is increasing rent every year by 150 dollars+!!! I dont get paid nearly that much extra to be paying them that!!! This is coming out of my grocery and food money. How embarrassing!!! 1 person cant afford a living in California anymore. We have to have roommates!
