I don’t know what policy could be better applied for this specific issue, i’m not that knowledgeable about it but i absolutely know it includes the USDA, also, China being forced to sell land back, this could also include changing USDA regulations for CAFO’s to be closed to force more land into the market or to be regenerated? Something along those lines, i just know i’m not the only young woman with a family wanting desperately to own land & carry on traditions of farming but thinks it’s outrageous to pay 500,000+ for 40 acres, and if i chose to use a USDA loan for rural development, i can’t sell timber, or straw, or anything that is considered “profiting from the property” or “non income producing property”
