Investors -especially during Covid- bought up all the SF homes across the country making it nearly impossible for the people to buy homes and we are in a place where we are forced into renting and allowing these investors to monopolize the housing market. Not only are we competing with Biden’s inflation the ‘American Dream’ of owning property is slowing being taken from us at an alarming rate!
