Limit energy bills to a price per square foot of a dwelling

Energy bills have gotten out of control! Most families now have to choose between being comfortable in their homes or eating!

Why not put a cap on how much an electric or gas company can charge a customer to heat or cool their home based of the home’s square footage?

It is astounding that customers living in a 1200-1500 sf home are being charged up to $625/month!

Also why are we being charged more for delivery than what I use.
