Various state licensing requirements such as drivers, hunting, fishing, business, and etc. should be revisited and revamped. Some eliminated. This is a free country with your hands tied with requirements its not very free. You even have to pay for your dogs.

To include abolishing the requirement to have License Plates and Vehicle Registration which are nefarious and unconstitutional. We are not to be restricted in our travel as a basic liberty. Amendment 5 and 14 of the Constitution. Keep track of vehicle ownership through the vin # and bill of sale or transfer, as a private matter. I was writing a policy for this and found yours. Total agreement. Thanks!
