The one thing woman do have full control over their own bodies with, they cant do. If a woman doesnt want to have children, then she should be allowed to have her own tubes tied. Not her husband signing for her, or having to wait for so long, or passing through hoops, bells and whistles to do so. That is her right, if she doesnt want to have kids, then she should have the availabilityto do so. Not only does this help with her decision, but also in the fight of people supporting pro life. Another example as to why woman should have this, is men are allowed to get a vasectomy whenever they want without any checkboxes first. It should be the same for woman with her tubes. Its a win win situation for everyone!
