Legal immigrants (Greencard holders)who came here the right way, who have American spouses, American kids and pay taxes. We should be able to vote and have a say what’s done with our taxes and our children’s future.
Not all green card holders are here seeking permanent residence. Why would we give the ability to vote if those folks do not have a vested interest?

You can’t determine anyone’s intentions.
They’re subject to change anyway.
But if the government grants someone a permanent resident card through their own process, then I think they should have a say.

What are your thoughts on people with dual citizenship?
The word citizen is operative there imo.
I’m fine with that, as long as they go through the process of citizenship.
