I propose that there is a requirement to review laws and legislation once every 15 to 20 years and to evaluate whether the reasons and logic behind passing those laws are still in effect and if they are not then the law needs to be removed from the books as no longer valid. Ie. Laws that were passed to give tax cuts to people in businesses that are now being exploited by large corporations during the Great depression should be removed from the books or adjusted to actually assist small businesses not multimillion dollar/ multi-billion dollar companies.
