Not only does legalizing sports betting in all 50 states respect our right to make choices and spend our own money how we see fit, but the illegality of sports betting is also highly inconsistent with other state laws that already have allowed other forms of gambling like lottery and horse racing. The economic benefits of this would be that it also can provide a tax revenue for the states and be directed towards infrastructure, education or healthcare.
