Policy so that every single student that graduates high school does so with a trade degree or certification of their choosing. This will ensure the graduate has the tools needed to be successful right out of high school. They can go to higher education of course, but they have the trade to fall back on in case they need it. I imagine you’d need to work with community colleges as well as the various trade unions.
