Since we are topic of government, I am a firm believer that no one is above the law. I propose an amendment to the bill of rights in which it will protect big government to stop infringing on people’s basic fundamental rights as a human.
Proposal: Any person that works in a government office or position and tries to violate any of the amendments especially the original bill of rights; shall be removed from office and be fined up to 50,000 dollars per person that lives in the state that each politician represents. This this should be federal and made sure the state level follows suit.

First off, the Bill Of Rights do not stand alone and can’t be amended. Secondly, placing a dollar value on it needs to be understood in light of what a dollar is, as used in the Constitution. What is neede is a provision added to the Constitution that makes intentionally violating an oath of office a felony and specified how charges are to be brought and prosecuted.
