Keep ALL American Tax Dollars in America for the next four years. We need to take care of our own House first! Think of all we could do for American Citizens if we put ALL of our tax dollars to use for ourselves. No more money for wars, experiments, or foregin gender studies. We have AMERICANS that need us NOW! No tax payer dollars leave this country fornany reason. The American Revoloution was fought over 1.5 percent tax rate. Let us focus those monies onto local communities and projects thaf benefit us. Lets build textile mills, manufacturing plants, and innovative industrial plants.

I agree, though I think this problem is a little more convoluted. I would vote for a strict bill like this, but only until we get ourselves out of debt and have an actual surplus.
