Job hours for parents

There needs to be jobs out there with hours that help them be parents or school hours need evaluation. I’m not 100% sure how to explain this but here goes. I’ve been a stay at home mom for a few years but have needed to find a job to help my struggling family and can not find anything with opposite hours of my husband or hours around my children’s school times. Most places are 6-6 or 7-7 hours and with school times I can not do that. And no my children will not go to child care nor will they ride the bus and no we have no family around to help us, and not to forget when the kids are sick one of us has to be there for them. If you’ve never had your kid stabbed by another’s kid on the bus and nothing done or worked in a prison and learned the dangers that’s out there don’t come for me. I’ll protest my children anyway possible and if it means me not working so be it but I’d like to find some job out there to help support my family. Any how besides the 7-7 or 6-6 jobs, there’s others like 6-2, 7-3, 9-5, 2-10, 10-6, etc but none of those I can do and get my kids to and from school. No the schools aren’t hiring I’ve looked. We get up at 5-5:30am, get kids ready for school, leave around 7am to take kids to school, leave at 2:30ish to go get kids from schools (3 different schools) and are back home by 4pm. My husband works 7am-7pm so there’s really no options for us. I’ve even looked for at home jobs/computer/customer service but nothing. Why can’t there be something out there for families. And no we do not qualify for food assistance or anything because my husband supposedly makes too much but we are barely getting by. This is the first year we were not able to buy school clothes/supplies for our kids, last year we barely did. Its infuriating. And you wonder why people live off the system and don’t work being give food, homes paid for, clothing, free medical while people trying to survive and work are out here struggling to survive with empty cabinets, no new clothes, missing bills to get by, won’t go to doctors because we can’t afford it even with job and insurance Sorry I got off topic. Anyway can’t there be something we can do so families can work but also be able to care for their children?!
