Kinetic warfare is used by the central bankers to impose their will. Whether the war is won or lost, ceding the sovereign right of printing money is a capitulation.
No separate nation imposed surrender on the US government during the war of 1812, therefore they did not capitulate. Please get off my thread and make your own.

I wish it were so. Unfortunately it is plain to see that there are several groups today vying for global dominance. The Chinese have said that they intend to control the entire world by 2049. Islam is determined that the entire world should be under sharia law, as you so astutely pointed out, America has its own policies of manifest destiny, and the most military bases around the world. The international communist organizations have long ago, bent themselves to total world domination, and irrespective of the fact that the Soviet Union has fallen, and the eastern bloc was nominally freed, it will take more than two generations, for the scarring of communism to disappear from the body politic of those Nations with suffered under it for so long, and unfortunately, America still suffers from the hundred years of communist subversion directed her way. That is not to mention one particular religion, which has declared maximum hatred and total war against everyone else, satisfied that they are superior, and chosen of God, with all pistons firing in the direction of a glorious utopia, which sees each of its adherents luxuriating with 2800 slaves.
To proceed with the idea of eliminating a debt based system, without recognizing the obstacles to such enactment, is an exercise in futility.

There are both remaining rooms, documented as disinfection rooms, and destroyed chambers, documented as extermination chambers. The destroyed rooms still shower higher levels of Zyklon B in the walls, even after being exposed to the weather for an extended period of time. Hitler and Stalin’s genocides were not just targeted at the Jews, but all organized religion, all non-accepted races, and all disabilities deemed ‘un-fit’ for labor.

The entire ideology of Nazism revolves around the Jew/Slav/Non-German, being second class citizens. Regardless of ‘death camps’ of which there is literally plenty of information and evidence of thousands of dead per day, even in the Soviet Union.

You think that the UN, Red Cross, or any other Western intelligence would be able to tour throughout China, today, and properly identify the forced desterilization of the Uigher?
Even IF, Dachau and Auschwitz were simply work/concentration camps, the concept and use of such camps was directly inspired by US Westward expansion, and the concepts of forced removal of a population/cultural assimilation are direct forms of ethnic cleansing.
The capitulation was to the renewal of the charter, which had lapsed in 1811. Capitulation doesn’t have to mean that you lose a kinetic war. You can capitulate in a chess game. You can capitulate in an argument.
