Iraq War Commission to Investigate Political Persuasion

Create a commission to investigate the financial activities and policies placed by elected officials between bureaucrats, military leadership, and defense contractors during the Iraq War of 2003.

It is believed that many politicians, including former Vice President, Dick Cheney, profited off of the Iraq War by deliberately engaging in conflict to ensure their financially backed defense contracts received huge defense budget payouts.

Should any politician both current and previous, should be held accountable for their actions including imprisonment, forfeiture of property, and seizing of financial assets.

The Iraq War of 2003 of a part of the Global War On Terror, the response to the al-Qaeda attacks of 9/11. Many politicians supported the invasion of Iraq, believing that then Iraq leader Saddam Hussein, was stockpiling weapons of mass destruction and was selling the weapons to terrorist organizations.

The devastating war led to 20,000+ service members killed in action, 100,000+ dead civilians, and 100,000+ dead veterans due to suicide. Was all this death just for profit?
