The level of strength and the development of this hurricane seems very unatural. There is also a Globalist plan and blueprint to reshape Jamaica. This should warrent an investigation into how this hurricane was formed and what tools could of influenced it. It poses a risk to the US if weather technologies, cloud seeding, and other methods are directed at the US.
