Investigate Fusion Centers and Community based Agents

Many Fusion Centers are state-run or operate in collaboration with federal agencies, which complicates their FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) applicability:
There is currently no method for FOIA requesting Fusion Centers. Since they collect data on every citizen, focusing on targeted individuals covertly placed on a watchlist, the public should be aware of the type of data collected on them, how long they will keep the data and what that data will be used for especially if the data was not collected with permission.

There is little to no oversight and each of the 80 Fusion Centers should be held accountable for collecting and sharing person information without our permission.
Lastly, Fusion Center operatives spread slander and concoct a defamatory narrative spread in the communities where the target lives. This needs to be investigated. There needs to be the ability to FOIA request information on these tactics.
