Invention submission

I think what made America so amazing is the intelligent inventors and inventions that were created by our forefathers in the United States. I would love to see a government-funded invention submission corporation where us inventors could submit our inventions and not worry about them getting stolen. With the choice of either taking an instant payout of no less than $100,000 or a 2% steak in all gross earnings over the next 20 years, and this would create hundreds of thousands of jobs in the United States and we would be able to export our amazing inventions throughout the entire world designed, manufactured, developed and sold with the stamp of USA. Gone are the days of everything saying made in China.
