Make insurance cover dietician/nutritionist and personal training, if people want to take advantage of this. Even if personal training was only covered once a week, it’s still better than nothing. Even if insurance covered seeing a dietician/nutritionist once a quarter it’s still better than nothing. For the people that don’t want to take medicines for the rest of their lives and diet and exercise can help with diseases/dificiencies, this should be top priority over medicines and supplements. For those that don’t want to use a dietician and personal trainer, that’s fine, but for those of us who lead (try to lead/want to lead) a healthy lifestyle, this should be mendatory in insurance coverage.
