Insurance - "Deny, Defend, Depose"

The words “deny,” “defend,” and “depose” are meant to signify the intention of Insurance companies (health, casualty, etc.) of attempting to obfuscated individual’s claims. Insurance companies may deliberately obfuscate complicated coverages in order to refuse payment of claims.
The policy recommendation is the government should set up a board where individuals can go to assist in the resolution of said claims. With the help of the weight of the government and potential fines, insurance companies might be more responsible when adjudicating individual claims.

I don’t see the government being of any use in this issue. It would be better, for the most part, to get insurance companies out of healthcare. Insurance companies should not be making health care decisions, that is between you and your doctor. The government set up a system to compensate vaccine injuries and it is a nightmare. Very few get any compensation at all and it takes years. It is a joke.
