Insurance companies can’t price gouge or pull out of regions because of natural disasters

Living somewhere that gets severe weather, insurance companies pull out or won’t write you because of weather claims. It shouldn’t be allowed as it creates monopolies.
Not only that comprehensive claims aren’t supposed to count against you but they seem to as once again they drop you when you have too many or people in the area have too many.
Propose that insurance companies have to be fair to people of these areas and not make it so unaffordable to have insurance to which we pay on every month, or to ensure that the prices are fair for everyone.
