Kids, teens getting into trouble, doing crimes such as theft, drugs, car jacking, or assault , need not just to be locked away and get a juvenile record. They need good hard work, structure, someone they can’t bully or intimidate. They need role models. Turn them into young men and women to young ROCT boot camp schools. If the military boot camps can’t help them or they act up or out then they get sent to Jail.
