There shall be an instant tax credit rebate when citizens purchase goods/services from American small business. The goal is to promote the purchasing of American business by offsetting the increased costs of domestic products with instant rebates.
This will make American small businesses more competitive with global corporations who tend to have cheaper prices, since price is the major determinant of most purchasing decisions.
If the government can do instant tax credit rebates to support electric vehicle consumption, it can also do it to support small American business consumption.
