If Pharma wants any new drug or vaccine to be allowed to enter the US market, then have them provide a set amount to the FDA to be given to 3 or more INDEPENDENT LABS to do INDEPENDENT TESTING.
Right now, the pharmaceutical company does all the testing, meaning they can fake results, do tests to find hidden glitches (like people with certain characteristics dont get adverse effects, so they load follow-up studies with those persons), or just ignore injuries/ downplaying them or ignoring them.
Making the company who stands to benefit from a new product provide money to be assigned to 3 independent labs will mean the right tests should get done in an honest manner.
Also stop piggy-backing allowing similar products to get an pk from previous supposed similar product.
CLEAN UP OUR DRUGS AND VACCINES ENTERING THE MARKET, making them actually safe and effective before entering the market.
As Dr Healy says in Pharmageddon, at a minimum all the raw data from drug trials should be public. As it is now the data is held as trade secrets. The companies just publish massaged data. Statistics dont lie but statisticians do lie. The pharma companies design the trials then manipulate the results.

Even if raw data was published, there would be Pre-Test testing to find best ways to massage data. And you’d need to trust the pHARMa compa nies to accurately report. In Covid trials, Pfizer determining what needed to be reported, ie YES this was vaccine-induced, NO this was random, allowung the pHARMa company to determine causation is reason enough to move it to multiple independent labs.
