All active military members should be paid way more. The wages even up to an E9 are low. Our men and women are risking their lives for us. I know military members who can barely make it by financially and are rarely in a position to afford a home. All gear and uniforms should be free, their pay should increase and it should be tax free.

High ranking military like Admirals and Generals make too much, compared to enlisted personnel and junior officers.
I agree. Lower ranks have some of the hardest jobs and are paid barely anything! Our troops should be able to have a much larger income so when they get to come back home, if they come back home they have a savings to be able to integrate back into civilian life.
It’s sad that superstar’s and people of Hollywood have a lot of money but our military has a lost of homeless veterans!
