We need incentives to build the medical industry. Many medical facilities are overbooked and it takes a long time to schedule patients. We need a program or incentives for doctors and entrepreneurs to open their own clinics and healthcare facilities especially facilities that specialize in specific subjects.

Have mobile health clinics with good doctors go to states where there are lousy hospitals like the state of Delaware where they killed covid patients with Fauci drugs. Delaware doctors affiliated with this hospital were bullying patients to take the covid shots so they could make money for Christiana.
Probe all hospitals that refused to give patients the drug that would get them better during covid.
