Some Governors and Mayors have indicated they will NOT work with ICE to remove illegal immigrants. I think the Trump administration should work with those that are willing to help first. But announce to the nation what states are refusing and indicate that those states will not be bothered with for now. Those states will be inundated with illegals within just weeks. The populace will turn on their governors and mayors and possibly turn those states red in 2 years.
