Immigration amnesty and reform

Immigration reformation proposal

All immigrants currently in the US illegally will have 30 days to register with an immigration court pleading guilty to entering the United States illegally, or overstaying their VISA, or lying on their asylum application.
Federal government has 30 days to perform necessary background checks on the application.

Citizenship will be granted by amnesty for all processed applications but will require a penalty to be paid in installments over a 2 year period of $2000 per person. All forms of government assistance will also be removed. Immigrants choosing not to apply for amnesty will have 90 days to exit the country. If arrested and detained by ICE after that 90 day period, all assets will be subject to civil forfeiture.

Once amnesty has been provided for the current population, end birthright citizenship, and shorten the pathway to citizenship.

Entrance into the interior will only be provided to individuals who have a work visa that requires their sponsoring employer to pay a bond company to secure their adherence and compliance to three conditions of their visa. Violation of the conditions of their work visa or any laws above minor traffic violations will cause their bond to be revoked, and they will not be permitted entrance into the United States along with civil forfeiture of all assets in the United States.

Additionally, entrance will be granted to individuals who also pass a background check and have filed their application for citizenship, with an application cost not exceeding $200. Once their background check is approved, they will have to pay their bond to a bond company for entrance to the US. Once in the US they are unable to gain access to government assistance until the 3 year probation period is up for their citizenship. In the event that any violation of this probationary period, their bond will be revoked, they will be banned from entrance into the US, and all assets will be subject to civil forfeiture.

The goal of this law and policy is to reduce the tax burden on the citizens of the US, reduce the actions needed by ICE, provide amnesty for productive non citizens in the US, and create a reasonable path to citizenship in the future.

And what about the people who have been waiting for years to enter the country legally? Anyone who is here illegally is a criminal and must be deported.
