Immigration appeals through the Board of Immigration Appeals currently clogs the appeal processing in the Circuit Courts to the tune of 50% or more of the cases released daily! These cases should be dismissed immediately, or assigned to a separate court, rather than taking up the time of our circuit court staff and judges. Americans are forced to wait months or years longer for their cases to be completed.

I agree with the basis for your policy. Far too many resources are being devoted in an attempt to mitigate wrongs that should not have happened in the first place. The proper channels are to apply and qualify before entering the country not to get a ‘pass’ after entering here ILLEGALLY and clog up the system. I agree there should be a separate avenue that deals strictly with immigration. I gave you my vote on principle.
