Immediate indictments for leakers

Anytime sensitive information or classified information is leaked to the press, the leaker and the media source is held accountable.
Anyone involved with publishing such information will be indicted along with any members of congress govt etc

This will undoubtedly stop such traitor behavior from occurring

The government has no right to classify information and keep it from the public. If they can’t tell us, they shouldn’t be doing it.

Even if we are strategically attacking someone?
Perhaps afterwards

Especially, if they are “strategically” attacking someone.

What you said totally makes sense if we are dealing with a good gov’t and military protecting its people. We are not as far as who is giving the orders at the top. Globalists, top military, and gov’t are strategically working together to attack its own citizens. It’s done by all different forms, gain of function to create another biological weapon, then give bioweapon shots for it, blocking out the sun, poisoning us by food, etc. So I changed my stance to nothing should be classified or very little. The wars that the bankers, U.S. and often Israel create together have been done a long time shich should not be wars in the first place. There’s so much propaganda by our own gov’t and media to make us feel we have to go after a particular country, etc.

Yes, violence invites more violence. Especially state sponsored violence. If you want to Luigi some terrible leader, go ahead. You act on your own volition and not in my name.

That’s the trouble with politicians; all talk and no action. We need more non-politicos at the helm. Guys like Musk and Trump can only effect so much change with all those deceitful career politicians. You’re right there has to be consequences for such actions!

I am in favor of penalties for leakers (though we have to protect whistleblowers), but if we start prosecuting journalists, there will be no end to the control and persecution of the press who make share politically uncomfortable truths and inconvenient information about people in power. As RFK, Jr. quotes Louis Brandeis, “The remedy for bad speech, for lies, is not censorship, it is more speech.” Sounds like you are inadvertently going down the road of Hillary and Kamala who just before the election were saying things like " we can’t just have people putting up whatever they want on social media without it being vetted by someone." That will run to censorship quickly, and we saw way too much of it during the Biden administration. I appreciate your passion for honesty and integrity though.

Only authoritarian regimes assassinate leaders or attack other countries without a declaration of war from Congress.

No, I don’t think leaders should kill people with impunity.

Julian Assange. Wikileaks. FOIA systems, the reasons and justifications behind open records request act.

You know what I’d rather have; A revisit of early 2000’s proposals. That whenever any smart device, technological device, computerized device, phone device, camera device, or any other such similar technology spies on Americans, sells our data, collects our data, retains our data, that the user be notified at the time of use of the item, the exact nature and scope of such data harvesting and data sharing.

See, that’s the rub on the proposal. Classified information to the press. Government and political interests demand privacy. While they simultaneously plunder and exploit, completely ignore the citizens fourth amendments and our privacy.

Specifically describing the places to be searched, and persons or things to be seized.

We never got to vote for any of this smart tech! When do we get a vote!?
