Representation / Census - only citizens are counted in the census to ensure illegal aliens don’t give a disproportionate representation to states with illegal immigrants. This disenfranchises citizens in other states.

Only Citizens have access to gov’t services - no welfare, no Medicaid, no Obama Care, no public housing, etc.

the census policy proposed needs to be codified into law at the federal level with severe penalties such as permanent removal from govt positions, if this is violated.
