Illegal Immigration Deportation Plan

Create a deportation website/department to allow illegal immigrants to file for potential re-entry, once certain conditions being met. First, they must register for re-entry prior to deporting. Second, they must submit to biometrics testing/collection prior to deportation, for the purpose of a background check and to verify identity upon reentry. Give all migrants in the United States illegally, 180 days to self deport. Once they have self deported, they shall be screened, with the use of biometrics (fingerprinting, DNA, etc.) to see if they have committed any crimes while in the US or abroad. If they have committed any crime, including misdemeanors, they shall not be granted re-entry. Before re-entry, they must have a US sponsor or employer, or have the means to support themselves and accompanying dependents. once they have passed a comprehensive criminal background check and meet the requirements, they shall be granted a probationary status for the period of five years, during which time they will learn the English language, commit no crimes (including misdemeanors), and will receive no government assistance. If any of these requirements are not met, they will be deported permanently. After the five years, they may apply for limited citizenship, that prohibits voting rights (city, state or federal) for ten (10) years. Any illegal immigrant that does not sign up and/or does not self deport, will be deported by the government and will never be given entry into the United States. Any immigrant that tries to enter the US illegally, will be deported immediately and not be considered for re-entry ever.
