For all people who’ve entered the United States of America illegally or who’ve stayed in the country illegally on expired visas:
- Anyone who has committed any criminal act or has a history of criminal acts must be deported immediately;
- If a person has entered the US more than 10 years ago (proof required) and has maintained employment, never received welfare or government assistance, and has never violated any laws, they should be fast tracked to Citizenship;
- Anyone who has entered the US illegally within the last 10 years must be deported, including families, regardless of criminal history. Minors under the age of 14 with no legal US families are to either sent back to family members in the country of origin or put up for adoption through a US adoption service. Minors over 14 must return to country of origin; and
- No person who has entered the country illegally is entitled to any welfare or government assistance including food, housing, cell phones, cash, debit cards, vouchers, or medical assistance (except for immediate life saving assistance).
